This website provides information about the Lean Sales Excellence® methodology, our services, and access to our free Commercial Health Check diagnostic tool. You may browse the website and use the Commercial Health Check free of charge.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its underlying systems, or data belonging to other users
• Submit false, misleading or malicious information through the Commercial Health Check or contact forms
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the website without our permission

3. The Commercial Health Check tool

The Commercial Health Check is provided free of charge as an introductory diagnostic tool. By completing it, you agree that:

• Your results are based solely on the answers you provide, and are indicative rather than a substitute for a full professional review of your business
• We will store your submitted answers and results as described in our Privacy Policy
• If you tick the relevant consent box, we will send you your results by email and may follow up with you about them

The Commercial Health Check does not constitute professional consulting advice. It is a starting point for conversation, not a complete diagnosis or implementation plan.

4. No online purchases

This website does not process payments or sell products directly. Any consulting, workshop or advisory engagement with Lean Sales Excellence® is arranged separately, following direct discussion, and is governed by a separate proposal, contract or engagement letter agreed between you and us — not by these website terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, diagrams, the Commercial Health Check questions and scoring methodology, and the Lean Sales Excellence® name and logo — is owned by, or licensed to, Lean Sales Excellence Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The following are registered or claimed trademarks of Lean Sales Excellence Limited: Commercial Value Stream™, Customer Value Blueprint™, Commercial Flow Challenge™, Digital 5S™, Customer Value Index™, and Opportunity Review™.

You may view and print pages from this website for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written permission.

The Commercial Health Check deliberately does not disclose the detailed tools, matrices or implementation methods that form part of the Lean Sales Excellence® proprietary methodology. Nothing on this website grants you any licence to use these beyond viewing your own results.
