How we protect your information

We take the security of the information you share with us seriously. This page explains, in plain terms, how your data is protected.

Hosting and storage

This website and the Commercial Health Check are hosted on Netlify, a reputable cloud infrastructure provider. Your submitted assessment data is stored securely using Netlify's Blobs storage service.

Encrypted connections

All data submitted through this website — including the Commercial Health Check — is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS), the same standard used by online banking and other services handling sensitive information.

Access controls

Our internal results area, where we review submitted assessments, is protected by a password known only to authorised members of Lean Sales Excellence Limited. This area is not publicly accessible.

Trusted service providers

We work with a small number of specialist providers to deliver this website and the Commercial Health Check:

• Netlify — website hosting and secure data storage
• HubSpot — customer relationship management (CRM)
• Resend — automated email delivery

Each of these providers is contractually bound to only process your data on our instructions, and maintains its own industry-standard security practices. We do not share your information with any provider beyond what's necessary to operate this website and respond to you.

No card or payment data

This website does not process payments, so we never collect or store your card or banking details.

If something goes wrong

In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and, where required by law, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), without undue delay.
